Who is the strongest Legendary pokemon from the anime that The Fleischer incarnation of Superman can defeat?

Could probably defeat Entei, the 3 birds etc. Lugia and the higher end dudes that live in their own dimensions are a bit much. I know he like punched through a laser but do we even know how strong that laser was?

Fliescher Supes got stopped by that falling comet; any legendary Pokémon that overpowers that should be a contender.

I believe Rayquaza destroyed a giant meteor in one of the Mystery Dungeon games I believe. He and his tier could probably do it.

Did Fleischer Supes have any feats against mind control or the supernatural? I don't recall any. Ghost and Psychic types may be able to take him down, I think.
