This has been bugging me. Kitty is one of my favorite X-Men, so I guess I'm offended on her behalf. Kitty ran the school and led the X-Men for a significant span of time, and in my mind she deserves a leadership role more than Illyana and at least as much as any of the other captains or council members. Yet, it's Emma Frost, of all people, who is offering Kitty a captaincy and probably a seat on the Quiet Council, but shouldn't Xavier himself have offered her some sort of position? If I was Kitty, I would feel slighted.

If not for Emma making her captain, she didnt really bring anything to the table that Kurt or Storm dont already. I guess she could have Jeans seat.
Rogue should have been made liaison with the sapiens heroes considering her tenure as an Avenger.
