Could the Infinity Gauntlet undo it? I know that various books mention that it is specific to a universe. Just asking to be sure. Could it stop the anti matter wave in one universe?

I think it should work but according to Hickman it would break apart after dispersing the otherworldly phenomena. Then again it may just be due to the ineptness of cap.

No, the Gauntlet can only effect the universe it originated from. Since the anti matter wave comes from elsewhere it wont work.

Theoretically the Infinity Gauntlet could be used to turn all the matter in the universe to anti matter, thus rendering the anti matter wave harmless to it. Technically that would only be affecting the universe it originated from.

No, the incursion of a earth from another universe was stopped by Steve by pushing it back so it is able to affect otherworldly phenomena as long as it's in the home universe in Hickmans narrative. The Gauntlet should theoretically be able to stop the wave but it would perhaps require Doom or Thanos wielding the gauntlet.. Alternatively it could alter the fundamental nature of the home universe to neutralize the wave as The Watcher theorised.
