She literally shoots out light beams. Only reason she does not spam it is because she does not want to blind everyone around.

In comics all note worthy supes have durability and strength, she prefers using her light stuff because she does not want to wreck people. (While Homelander uses heat vision because he likes killing people without runiing his outfits.)

Starlight has an electricity limitation. She needs to draw power from a relatively nearby electrical source to fuel her beams and flash attacks. Once she's out of juice, she's down to her base stats and hand to hand skills.

Worth noting that A-Train wasn't actually moving at the speed of Starlight's beams when he fought her. It was that he was aim dodging her beams he zig-zagged towards her. But it's still a massive feat for him because he's so physically screwed up at this point that just these few seconds of fighting gives him a heart attack.

Isn’t A-Train’s best artificially stimulated anyways, so it doesn’t count? Like he’s hopped up on power boosting drugs when he does better feats.

Normal A-Train probably isn’t fast enough to get Diana’s sword from 100 ft away before Diana jumps/flies up/reacts.

The thing is, all of A-Train's feats are from when he's roided out or suffering from roid withdrawal. It's such that roided A-Train is standard A-Train to me.

Diana can't fly, though. And again, he's soooooo much faster than she is, she's basically standing still to him.
