Amazing 30 was the tie in that's impressive
"He's pure power and doesn't even know it. He's the best of us."-Matt Murdock

"I need a reason to take the mask off."-Peter Parker

"My heart half-breaks at how easy it is to lie to him. It breaks all the way when he believes me without question." Felicia Hardy

    Thoughts:

    - ASM and Venom still doing gangbusters.

    - Miles' book seems pretty strong at 30K.

    - Ghost Spider is already at 25K by her second issue. Not strong starting numbers.

    - Black Cat at 25K is probably the proper numbers without any variant inflation. 25K seems kind of reasonable for a spinoff title like that, though I hope it keeps in that range so Felicia can get a long run.

    - I guess we see partially why they canceled Superior as early as they did.

The Absolute Carnage tie-in's are still doing gangbusters so I won't be surprised if we get another Venom-themed event in the future.

Gwen unfortunately seems to be hitting that plateau of each of her relaunches delivering diminishing returns.

Miles got another bump this month which is cool. It was an anniversary issue though so I wouldn't be surprised if October's numbers settling back to the Low-Mid 30's, which is still really good all things considered.

Seeing how high Abrams Spider-Man’s first issue makes me again wonder how big a drop we’re going to see in the second issue, considering how very few people seemed to have like the first issue.

Scream and Velocity were overshipped and orders are actually more like 35k and 15k, respectively.

Spider-Man #1 is the JJ Abrams and son book, right? Pretty good numbers, but well beneath the crazy projections some were making.

Will be curious to see what the drop-off is for #2.

That's what I'm waiting to see as well. It'll be the true test of this limited series.

Still, I have to laugh when I think how some people (critics and insiders) thought this series would sell over a million first-run copies each issue lol.

I'm just glad to see a breakdown of all the current spidey related series that are out there right now. I currently only pick up ASM and Friendly, like them both. I used to read Superior but dropped it. Miles never did anything for me, it might not be all his fault, since I associate him with how poorly they ended the Ultimate Universe years ago.
