One of the worst IMO was She Hulk and Juggernaut. It was just so random

I think most of the time when Wanda gets paired up with a hero that isn't Vision, it's pretty bad.
There are plenty that in-universe were bad, unhealthy pairings, that as elements of a story were good and worthwhile. Psylocke and Fantomex, for example.

Dr. Doom and Scarlet Witch. Nobody gained anything from that.
I have mixed feelings on Scemma (Cylcops and Emma Frost). I ultimately liked the pair (though mostly because of Emma), but I didn't really like the circumstances in which they got together.
As mentioned above, Juggernaut/She-Hulk was just gross.
I miss Wanda and Vision.

I thought Baron Zemo and Heike Zemo was a pretty bad couple, given she was also his dad. That was all sorts of messed up.

As for ships I hate the Boomer/Sunspot ship and in fact feel that Tabitha is best forgotten as she is surpassed by Jubilee who is a better version of the character. As for ships I prefer I casually like many but don't have any particular favorite.

Rogue and Gambit. I always hate that pair. It was a 'relationship' that was entirely based on Gambit wanting what he couldn't have. He was never written a way that said if Rogue COULD touch people... that he'd still be interested. He flirted and hit on every woman anyway... but it was all about the forbidden fruit.
Also not a fan of Wolverine/Jean. Magneto/Wasp. Cyclops/Emma
