Default Banner-el in the yellow sun

Jor-el's cousin Bruce had unfortunately been turned into a standard Hulk due to his work on Krypton's radioactive core. When the planet explodes, he hulks and gets blown into space. Landing on Earth, he gets full of yellow sun. As normal Bruce, he is standard Kryptonian. As Hulk-el, he has kryptonian powers but when h hulks, the Hulk characteristics are multiplied by the same factor as happens to a human to Superman.

So when in that state, what hero or villain can take him, no God like cosmics unless you think he can take that one.

I think he becomes PC Superman.

Right cause he'd obviously get taken down by the Godly Thunder-Woman's Strength, Speed, Magic Hammer, Bracelets and Lasso.
So it's going to have to be up to Captain Chiroptera!

Any telepath who could survive the blitz could beat him. So... Shaman Nate?

What if he gets tossed into the sun at the bell? Does he have feats of using his TP across interstellar distances?

Weaker telepaths than him have, and I'm pretty sure that Shaman Nate could just teleport back. Heck, getting him or of Earth's altered magnetosphere should probably give him a significant power boost.

    He doesn't need a body.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

If Ewing was writing this then the blast would have opened the doorway to Cythonna the one who freezes all and who conspires to turn every planet into frozen wastelands.

I understand that, but the question above still stands.

Point I'm trying to make is that it's irrelevant since it won't BFR him.

Depends on if you consider Silver Surfer a godlike cosmic. I mean, he's no Galactus, but he's easily classic Thor-tier. Surfer is probably at least on par with Ban-el's reaction speed, and can just yoink the gamma and yellow sun radiation right out of his opponent before things can go to fisticuffs.

Or transmute him. But yeah, an energy drain is definitely an option for Norrin.

Also, any Flash that’s proven the ability to speed-steal.

Or anyone who can survive the blitz and D-Dump or time-dump. Think Thor in the Destroyer armour with Mjolnir.

Radioactive Man could take him through energy drain or by generating kryptonite radiation. Thane could freeze him in amber if he can survive the speed blitz. If all of them fail then there's always the Bizzaro Doomsday.

Radioactive Man would be dead before he could think.
