I dont believe it tbh....why wouldnt The Flash Movie explain how she ends up in the movie? That's not something you just ignore in the plot. And no way that Keaton would reprise his role for a tv series. The only way that could happen is if her character is from his universe (since they are reporting that this a prequel series)
For when my rants on the forums just aren’t enough: https://thevindicativevordan.tumblr.com/
I mean, Berlanti is more of a producer at this point and not showrunning all of this, so I'm not sure if he really factors into the equation that much.
Natalie Holt has been hire as Composer for BATGIRL.

I've only recently started to understand how much impact the right composer and score impacts a movie, so I haven't gotten versed in who all the composers to listen out for are yet. Also, I've not gotten Disney+ yet so haven't seen any of the MCU shows, including Loki. So - can anyone tell me how big of a get this particular composer is for Batgirl?
There's nothing complicated about silver age Hackman. He's an alien cop. Becomes complicated when you try to mi the GA material Just have two Hawkmen one an alien the other an a reincarnated prince. They can have same names similar backstories. you just have do a little work and remember the differences. I know this is tough foe millennial readers.
If anything, I think the fact what you want is different from what the last guy wanted versus the guy before kind of shows it is complicated. Do you combine the GA and SA reincarnation/alien cop origins, do you separate them into two different Hawkmen, do you focus on the GA origin over the SA one, do you focus on the SA origin over the GA one? If the fans of the character all have their own ideas and don't agree, it seems complicated for the movie guys to figure out what to do.
