I kinda think of Brubaker's Cap as a 2000s thing, since his run peaked around Civil War IMO
I forgot about this. This run ended far too soon for no good reason (I know Rucka didn't want to end it).
Crap, I forgot about this! Brilliant run overshadowed by later team books
It just felt like the first time ever that Hawkeye was someone other than.....that guy with the bow and arrow in Avengers.
I feel the same way you feel for G Willow Wilson's Ms.Marvel, some of the stories were just bad, like that parrot looking bad guy using people as battery....super lame. Maybe I'm missing the point....oh well.

Amazing Spider-Man and Superior Spider-Man by Dan Slott.
Uncanny X-Force by Rick Remender.
Secret Wars by Jonathan Hickman.
Daredevil by Mark Waid.
Dan Slott's Silver Surfer.
But I see the possibility of Ewing's Hulk topping it.
I also agree that Ellis' Moon Knight and Hickman's FF-Avengers-SW were among the greatest.
I looked through the list and most of those books I have forgotten about. The ones that stand out for me:
Immortal Hulk
Uncanny X-Force
Superior Spider-Man by Slott
Hickman's Avengers books
Secret Wars
So out of boredom, I went through the thread and did a tally of all the runs that were voted for. Some people were pretty vague in their answers but I think I did a pretty good job of keeping the list accurate. I'm only putting the ones that got more than 5 votes, in descending order.
Hickman's Avengers (11 votes) - 2 members voted specifically for Secret War, but I didn't include that. If that counts, then the vote goes up to 13.
Ewing's Immortal Hulk (9 votes)
Fraction's Hawkeye (8 votes)
Slott's Spider-Man (7 votes) - A couple members (I believe 2) voted for Superior in particular. I included those votes.
Aaron's Thor (6 votes)
Willow's Ms. Marvel (6 votes)
King's Vision (6 votes)
Hickman's Fantastic Four.
Taylor's X-Men Red.
Remender's Uncanny X-Force.
Aaron's Thor.
King's Vision.
Ewing's Hulk.
