Well Cloak can turn intangible, as can Amelia in her mist form.

Spiral and Magik can also both open portals to redirect energy attacks, akin to what Wong and the mystics were doing in Avengers: Endgame when Thanos had his ship rain down energy blasts on the ground troops.

Everyone on Team energy can pretty much fill the entire arena in death without gaps as an opening move, and just maintain that level of continuous output.

If they want to get really mean, Jack can just explode himself. Enough people on Team A will more or less survive that to count for the win.

I'm also presuming this isn't godlike new 52 Atom, because he'd solo.

edit: Basically everyone that can't go intangible is going to die real quick, and the power rings have ways of going at the intangible crowd.

I will point out that at least two of the people on Team Energy are also capable of pretty high level teleportation.

I would also point out that, if they can somehow avoid the death-frag-zorch-boom by bamfing out, several of the teleporters suffer a ring-out loss as a result of voluntarily leaving the arena.

Not only can energy team AOE frag, but they seem physically superior to the teleporting team too. Teleporting us one hell of a power, but it's not enough.
