'Superman & Lois' in development at the CW

My concerns over the direction of the show remain. I believe Nadria Tucker that there are problems in the writer’s room with both sexism and racism. And I can’t let that go.

The trailer itself is better than expected, the leads look great.

I can totally understand what you mean by sexism, but I'm still not understanding the gender discrimination, other than the lack of diversity (which I totally agree that is lame, but still not straight up racism)

so is this Clark more mature and not deliberately bumbling? Especially since he's married with kids now. I actually appreciated the slightly different take on Clark from the first season of Superboy, years ago.

I never watched it. What was so different about him in that show?

The villain looks like movie Bloodsport.

The kids look like if you split Jon into two characters and CW-fied them.

Only thing that kind of bothers me is that their kids are teenagers and it is only now they realize/learn their father is Superman?

I will be happy if they don't have problems with that "writing" part in their writer's room. I've really yet to see them get that bit right consistently on any of the CW shows, save Stargirl, and that....really wasn't a CW show at the time.

That said, I kind of liked that trailer, and also Hoechlin (sp?) as Clark.
