yeah but the idea of a son of Superman and Lois has been around for decades. Even Superman has a kid in Returns, Jason White.

I admit I got a quite excited seeing that picture. And yes, Jason White does exist but Clark missed out on pretty much everything regarding that child. I'll take this over the SR version of a L&C offspring anyday.

Hoping there's a bit where Clark looks at Lois, emotion threatening to overwhelm him, and mutters "He...he has your eyes", and then the baby giggles and starts firing heat vision all over the place and Lois is like "honestly babe, pretty sure they're all you".

Shame that the first Superman show we're getting in a long time is going to be Superdad, but hopefully that won't drag it down too much for me.

IMO, there is potential here for a great Superman and legacy story.. unfortunately I don't trust this team to do a solid job. They already soured me very badly on this Superman and Lois. Still, I hope the show doesn't suck like most things CW for the character's sake..

If it’s any consolation CW has gone full bat**** insane with their shows, and Cryer Lex has been great. I can’t wait to see him and Superman face off. Plus maybe we’ll get Brainiac! I don’t think they’ve used him over on Supergirl.
