I don't because they are saying how this show is more cinematic, so I expect movie music... I hope it's a mix of modern, classic and orchestra.

They are moving away from that bright poppy look (according to the EW article) so I take that to mean it will extend to the music/soundtrack. I tried listening to Don guy's stuff on Youtube, it varies from one project to another so it was hard to narrow down a possible style for this show. They will certainly have something contemporary but I don't see it permeating the show beyond setting the tone in a particular scene. That Save Me song was so iconic to Smallville, it coloured the whole series from the get go.

I didn't pick it up until you mentioned it but it could be the Fortress.

Not much of a heartbreak in a world where a rich guy with a rock beats up literally someone called superman.I would say,having no powers is the biggest superpower.You get to shoot down aquaman with bows and arrow or do karate chop on wonder woman.
