I would say that Kengan is overall weaker than Baki. Some characters in Baki could solo the whole verse.

Also I would definitely recommend the Kengan manga.

Yeah, I'd say they're around Maxim Tournament Level. Which isn't a knock against them, there were some tough guys in that tournament, they're just not on the level of the higher end fighters.

Yeah all joking aside, his fight with Baki during the tournament is still one of my favorite throwdowns in the series.

Agree with you guys they are generally below Baki-verse from what I've read of it.

Rei, the lighting user guy, does seem as fast as anything I've seen of Baki though.
