Is this in an arena context, right?
Speed remains an issue, speed and gimmicks. All Might is certainly strong enough to be relevant even quite late into the series but his lack of high end speed feats and defence against esoterics is going to hurt his chances.
Like Jiraya could probably take him via genjutsu and the like. Itachi drops him with tsukiyomi.
Kimimaro might be a fun fight.

I think he has the speed to hang what with causing massive shockwaves and booms with casual movements. He's also stronger than anyone besides the top tiers. I think he can take Pain.
