I was going to say that Kylo Ren should just be able to TK her around with impunity but OP has disallowed that.
As I recall, Psylocke had more big jumps and better cutting feats. Psylocke never really faced another swordsman though while Ren is rough but effective in his combat.
Not sure, personally I'd back Ren?

Ren. Actually sword fights against other people and soaked a bow aster from from Chewie while tapping into that pain for more power.
Considering how hard that gun hits, it shows that force users seem more durable than base line humanoids.

Ren, for the reasons above. Also, he might not be able to affect her directly with the force, but he can throw objects at her just fine. His reflexes are also super good, given him freezing the blaster bolt in the air
