Thought Post Crisis Atom's 'limitless' energy quantum powers were a decent answer to the sentry's million exploding sun's power and both seem essentially immortal so they can keep each other busy. He even has some decent speed feats though not in Sentry's league but maybee he can engage him till Zattana recites a spell.

Post Crisis Atom doesn't really stack up to the Sentry's sheer power output, and indeed, this is a rare case of the Sentry actually outspeeding an opponent from DC by a significant bit. He's not going to be able to do too much here if this is post crisis Atom.

At that point you're dealing with a guy who responds to the Flash by casually paralyzing him with his own speed force, like seizing control of it from him was nothing.
