Well, I will have to go back to hospital sometime this weekend, I'm hoping to at least make it through today, but probably Friday I'll have to go back at least. My labs were terrible, And they only temporarily masked the symptoms. Think I'm probably dying, slowly and likely painfully. Pains already back.

I am so sorry to hear this achilles. Will keep you in my thoughts.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Thanks. Fortunately, without apparent cause, the pain eased and I was able to stay home and even eat a bit. And football, of course.

That's good to hear. Hope the pain stays away, or manageable.

Thank you. As of now, it is. But since I don't know what's causing it, I may be in a weird limbo for a while.

Well today I finally got my lazyass to the gym, did a pull day with Pull downs, Cable row, Dumbell Row, hammer curl and standing barbell curl, and 30 min cardio elliptical with stretching because i motivated to want to do a split, I feel good and I hope to make this a life time habit, it helps reading the tweets from Arnold lately as he motivates his fans. however after showing, I was hit with the revelation that I weigh 306.5 lbs which is my most I ever weight, before it was 290 and yeah it due to my self destructive eating and soda habits. its discouraging but have to keep at it and do 3-4 days a week, gym wasn't too crowded so it was good if you are worried about COVID. I hoping to drop to atleast 250 by the time i go to my 18 day Japan trip. yeah its not encouraging, my mom is a bad influence as I make ice cream for us or serve her, man its her health too I'm worried about, so far, my dad will encourage us and convict us when we fall. I have to get in the habits of ordering healthier food when i go out. my friends are terrible with their eating habits and don't seem to care. I'm going to the Japan trip. well yeah, I plan to go to the gym on Wed and hoping add more to my workouts. make this a habit, I did it before in 2018 to early 2019 before i went back to my old habits and gain my weight back. yeah I figure this is the thread to post it. I know being 306 lbs will cause problems as I'm going to reach 40 in 2 years, I have to make good on my changes, I have to do it with. depressing and anxiety be damn. my therapist is behaving kinda like my life coach so its encouraging hopefully.

Good for you to go to Japan soon, my friend. Exercise in the gym is really also good for your health. I hope you're still motivated. Depression and anxiety be damned.

Better use the treadmill if you want to lose weight.

If you are planning to have enko ("compensated dating") in Japan, please be advised to make sure the women aren't minors. Some of The female enko participants are high school girls but others are adult women including housewives. In Tokyo prefecture, the age of consent is 18, but I don't know about other prefectures. They also have laws against underage prostitution in Japan. Besides the US laws still apply to the American citizens committing crimes overseas.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. When in Japan, do as the Japanese do. Have fun in Japan. I hope you do.

Not sure if I'm interested in dating in Japan, my friends did offer to pay a escort to lose my virginity(yeah I'm getting close to the 40 year old virgin joke) but I rather my first time be with a woman I'm in love and she loves me back. It be nice if I meet her in Japan but I doubt I will have the time, but I'm not like my friends who are complete pervs and think I'm a sissy for not liking ecchi anime. I'm more going to look at the sights of temples, Akiharabara(maybe I will buy a couple anime figures), shrines. and I can see myself going to a maid cafe. I did it before. anymore I need to focus making working out, and eating right a lifetime habits and can't fall back on my self-destructive habits, its bad enough my therapist shown me how my kidney will look like if I keep at my coca cola habit. so far in the past few days, I been drinking only water and hot green tea. I need to save money too, not only for my trip but also for my future. my parents aren't going to be around forever and I rely on Social security disability, food stamps, and fortunately I got approved for a affordable connectivity program that slashed my phone bill by half athough my right wing friends give me crap for it due to their poor understanding on mental health. they think I should just stop being a bitch and man up get a job. they also don't see sex the same way I do.

This is good. Getting more exercise and and making better health choices.

I started this last year. I was 308 pounds at the start of 2022. I lost 24 pounds in 2022 and just that little bit of loss has me feeling a lot better.

I hope you can stick with it. You will feel better in both mind and body.

We had a murder in my town two days ago. The victim is the brother of a man in my mental health support group that I was in for several years. I didnt know the victim well. I had only met him 3 times when he came to pick his brother up from group. We talked a couple of times about his tattoos and comics and he was a nice guy.

Even though I didnt know him well it is still hitting me. I talked to his brother who is understandably upset.

He was shot 7 times over a dispute over money. It is sickening what is going on in this world.

One thing I did was cut down on my portion sizes and that helped a lot. I stopped all the snacking. I still slip and snack a little but it is not near what is was.

I walk every day. I know I have more free time then most people so I can do that every day. But that has really helped. I lost 24 pounds just by cutting back and walking. This year I am adding a little bit of cardio.

I wish you luck my friend. Like I said just 24 pounds down has been a day and night difference. When you start to lose and start to feel the change that will keep you going at it.

Just dont get upset if you miss a day or two or if you fall off track a bit. We are all human and that is going to happen.

The movie was great! And man I would die if I tried to do those splits! Hats off to you for even trying.

I understand. It is your choice, your lifestyle. I won't tell you what to do with your life and your body.

Coca-cola habit sure is hard to break. old habits die hard. But I hope you have the willpower to beat your habits.

For treating your kidney, I recommend drinking fresh coconut water (straight from the coconuts, not from packaged cartons or bottles). My mother has kidney stones and drinks fresh coconut juice (straight from coconut) for healing of her kidneys.

Drinking a lot of coconut water will increase the body's urine output. The potassium in the coconut water will alkalinize the acidic urine and dissolve the kidney stones.
coconut water increased the urination of potassium, chloride, and citrate in individuals without kidney stones, meaning coconut water might help flush out the system and keep the likelihood of stones low.

However, I'd recommend anyone with a chronic kidney disease avoid consuming large amounts of coconut water. coconut water has high potassium content. A large intake of potassium in kidney patients can lead to life-threatening hyperkalemia (too much potassium in the blood).
