Legacy (Genis Vell pulled back together by Scourge - back and wants a piece of Baron Zemo)
Thunderstrike (Kevin Masterson - who has joined with the promise of finding a way to revive his father)
Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze - back as Ghost Rider and pissed about it)
Diamond Lil (who is back and pissed - formerly of Alpha Flight)

Mostly a team of characters who had all formerly died - and returned - angry about their lot in life - teamed up together because of their common theme - trying to find their place as heroes, while overcoming their anger.
