To be technical about it, there have been manga or manga-inspired takes on Spider-Man that were set in Japan, but to my knowledge, there's never been a Japanese Spider-Girl/Woman, unless counting Peni Parker from Spider-Verse (comics and films).

I dig this. There was ultimately a lot to dislike about Aaron's Avengers run, but I really liked the international summit dinner where Black Panther hosted Captain Britain, Sunfire, the Collective Man, Shaman, Sabra, the Arabian Knight, and Ursa Major. This reminds me a bit of that.

I feel like Sunfire would be the Captain America analogue. Hiro and Baymax would be your Tony/Spiderman analogue. You could age him up to his 20s.

I guess i would just use the Big Hero 6 as avengers analogues who Sunfire tries to mentor but that could be the pitch for their 6160 version.

Ie. Fred is Hulk, Wasabi is Hawkeye, Tomago is Quicksilver, and Honey Lemon is Black Widow.
