Avengers: Fringe Division
The Fringe Division is a multi-agency task force led by Nick Fury Sr. tasked with investigating a growing number of bizarre scientific phenomena known collectively as the Pattern.
Olivia Dunham - Daisy Johnson
A driven and determined former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent recruited by her old mentor Nick Fury to be part of the Fringe Division, spearheading investigations into a Pattern of paranormal events that are occurring with increasing frequency.
Walter Bishop - Hank Pym
Being merged with Ultron and later trapped in the Soul Gem caused Henry Pym’s already fragile mental state to fracture. After his return to Earth (the circumstances of which are still unknown), Dr. Pym was put in a mental institution for several months, which negatively affected his personality and mental health. Released under the care of his daughter, Hank was recruited to Fringe Division as their science expert.
Peter Bishop - Nadia Pym
A young scientist and superhero who, due to the recent legislation restricting teen heroes, has found herself in trouble with the law. As Hank Pym’s only immediate family member, Fury needed Nadia to get her father out of the facility where he was institutionalized. Fury pulled some strings and arranged for her to join Fringe Division and operate as an assistant for her father, interpreting some of his rantings and ramblings while also assisting the Fringe team in the field.
Phillip Broyles - Nick Fury Sr.
Newly returned to Earth after being set free by the Watcher, Nick Fury set up a multi-agency task force, Fringe Division, including agents from RESCUE, Alpha Flight, ARMOR, and GRAMPA, to study the Pattern. Fury’s time observing the planet as the Unseen gave him a unique perspective of the Pattern. Nick Fury is the only man that has an idea about what’s really going on, and Nicky Fury doesn’t trust anybody.
Charlie Francis - U.S. Agent
Quake’s teammate in Force Works and fellow government agent John Walker works with Fringe Division to investigate paranormal activity related to the Pattern. While he has a bit of a gruff exterior and has issues being a team player, Walker’s experience in the field makes him a valuable asset.
Astrid Farnsworth - Tom Foster
Nephew of Pym’s friend Bill Foster, Tom works as Hank’s part-time lab assistant, part-time handler. Although their relationship is a bit snappy at first, the two men gradually become friends.
