A Defenders style “non team” of characters all living in and or based in Las Vegas. They'd reluctantly get together, often arguing among themselves but united, to safeguard their City (and own interests of course).
They’d face off against bad guys like death trap specialist Arcade, assassin for hire Chance, The Wrecking Crew, and organizations like The Thieves Guild and The Hand; mystical menaces like Morgan LeFay, other dimensional incursions from the likes of Mojo and The Tech-Net, not to mention Cosmic threats like Grandmaster and his little sister The Profiteer.
