Should The Pretender be brought to Krakoa to face her crimes?

Actually her being mentioned as a "pretender" makes me think it could be a way to find out if her and Quicksilver are really Erick children and mutants. I always liked the concept of Magneto having twin children, but thought it went the wrong route before it could be fully fleshed out. It is several ways to streamline their origin.

I don't think she should stand trial now. I think they should really find out and delve into the house of Magnus.

From what I understand from Wanda fans, her being retconned back into being Magneto’s daughter would itself be punishment for Wanda. So maybe instead of re-enacting the ending of the Wicker Man, the X-Men can just force her to attend family therapy with Magneto and Pietro on alternate Fridays.

It's not really punishment. It just hardly gets any panel time. It's just there so Mags has kids. And when they undid it, they wouldn't admit it was because of the movies. They stated it created age issues between the twins and Mags. Since he had to be anchored in WWII. If they undo it, they'll just go back to their once a decade of mentioning that it's still a thing.
