I'm wondering if Nightcrawler might be able to teleport the gauntlet away, if speed were equalized so that Phoenix and QS don't beat him to it.

Thanos would still be teleported with the gauntlet.

Why? Nightcrawler from the earlier films (and here there are composites, so this totally counts) stabbed people and teleported while the blade was still inside their body, and also teleported dozens of times while in physical contact with people, and the people didn't come with him.
