Didn't Hickman write the issue of FF where Johnny and Peter were roomies or was that Slott?

Art doesn't help too. So these two together are cringeworth. They should get other writer to polish his dialogs like Brisson on new mutants
Now I get why so many gimmicks

Brisson did not polish anything on NM #1. Or his Avengers or FF runs. Hickman does both portentous epic speak and human banter. It may not play well for every reader, but it’s clearly indicative of his past work to me.

Cyclops was always a good dad. Age of X-Man wouldn't have happened if Cable told him about Nate earlier.

yes, AFTER he abandoned his clone wife and child, and then AFTER the kill squad thing, he's definitely been a good dad. i sincerely like where his priorities are nowadays, choosing to focus on family rather than fighting.

This is true, like what the hell was Jean's plan? Make him feel the pain of the D'Bari when Phoenix killed them? What did she hope to accomplish with that?

Agreed. It's nice to see Scott in a new light here.
