Dialogue is a lil stiff but Cyclops should be talking like a robot especially on mission time.

I really dont know what to make of the island thing. Is it Arakko? Cyclops mentions 'that other place we dont normally speak of'?? Limbo??

Okay, now that I've had time to recover from shock...

1) Is that the most bizarre take on Rachel's hound marks?

2) Can the dialog be made MORE robotic. I almost can believe these are functioning people talking, we can probably run the speech through Google translate a few more times.

It’s Arakko. The Krakoan teaser at the end of #1 translated to Arakko.

Could be the art; there's little expression in the faces to go with said 'banter.' But even then it just feels really stiff; like there's no chemistry between these three other than "Hey, we're all related!"

...Actually, they all feel a little personality-less...or so similar that they come off flat...

Kate and the Marauders journey to Russia heading straight into X-Force where Xavier’s assassination affects all books from now on until resolution is really great and reminds us that this era is really about growing a connective X-universe. I bet whatever happens in this issue or X-Force #1 is gonna barrel into Fallen Angels’ environment.

And that's why I say that Rachel should stop caring about Jeansus since these two are the only biological family she has and needs.

Preview looks fine, even if the art isn't that good. I like the distinct tones Scott uses for briefing Rachel and Nathan and for actual conversation with them.

Yu needs to go as soon as possible, though, because BOY, are those wax model faces unsettling. But a triple Summers feature is good enough for me.

I doubt it's the end of the line with Arakko here given the rich backstory involved. But I could be wrong. If it is related to Limbo, do they have another way in besides Illyana or going to Strange? Maybe Apocalypse.
