Make Fortnite and Minecraft exclusive to X-Gene carriers and watch humanity grovel before Homo superior. Throw in dance games to pick people like Snoop, too.

On a more serious, but quick since I'm going to sleep, note:
    - The Krakoan drug research needs to lean even harder on finding out how to supply more needs of mankind. They need to get to a point where R&D is so efficient, they're able to prepare for problems that may or may not happen naturally due to improved life conditions of mankind in a flash.
    - Krakoa must be able to figure out how to create a sustainable economic/politic system and take over Earth culture in a way that, when they enforce their message, even humans will go along with it.
    - Build relationships with other galactic empires in a way that mutants are the designated representatives of Earth, not humans.
    - The X-Men need to be strengthened until there is no threat on Earth for them.

Might elaborate on that later. Good night, friends. I need some serious rest.

I'm dead serious. Have Taylor!Jean and Guggen!Kitty write speeches together and use Gabby as a meat shield. Assuming Hulk survives the speeches, he'll just mock the X-Men for having to put up with Jean/Kate forever and leave. Think of it as the Yang to WWH:X-Men's Yin.

I see this ending with an alien armada in orbit blasting the planet with mutant power dampeners before invading/blowing Earth up.

You say that ironically, but Rosenberg's Cyclops had the biggest win streak, at least in the sense of the purpose of his X-Men, amongst all the X-Men rosters. They literally neutralized all the threats they set out to do, except the Acolytes, who Rosenberg never acknowledged and ONE for the sake of plot contrivances.

    It was a weird run.

The mutants will do absolutely nothing: they will just wait safely on their island for the humanity to destroy themselves because of climate change, ressource depletion, wars and so on…
    The question are:
    — how will they escape the climate change?
    — won't they have domestic conflicts in their Garden of Eden? (they are not so different from non-mutants after all…)
    — is there a risk of it being perfectly boring to read?

Escape climate change? They have two omega-level mutants who have complete control over climate and weather and another mutant who has complete control over temperature.

Domestic conflict? Conflict isn’t what made nonmutants so bad. Read Rosencanny, Days of Future Past, Messiah Complex, KYost X-Force, Second Coming etc etc if you wanna know the real difference.

Without conflicts among mutants, X-men comics won't have a lot of interest. They started these comics with a conflict between the X-men and Magneto, after all…

Seeing that we're still in the early stages of the master plan: the best course of action is infiltration. While X, Mags and co. are busy building Krakoa as a proper nation-state, mutantkind needs undercover and possibly sleeper agents in all of the existing bodies that pose any kind of a threat to mutants. Those bodies would include any human-run government, HYDRA, AIM, Avengers, Ultimates, Damage Control, Future Foundation, Department H, anything that Fury is involved in, etc., we must have operatives in key positions within said organizations/governing bodies to gather invaluable intel and report to the captains, namely Cyclops, Magik and Gorgon.

Excellent observations, Counsellor. As you may know, the Xavier breeding programs have already ensured a mutant will be the heir to the Sh'iar throne, be it Xandra Xavier, Aaliyah Bishop or Vulcan's spawn. Lifeguard and Cannonball are on duty making connections with various high ranking Sh'iar officials to ensure a long standing mutually supportive relationship. All ties to the Starjammers, the biggest obstacle to mutant/Sh'iar alliance, are to be cut imminently, in light of their betrayal of our brothers and sisters.

Cable and Forge are clandestinely working on anti time travel technology to ensure our victory cannot be reversed by chronoligcal anomalies. Emma Frost and the Stepford CUckoos are building a telepathic network based on Cerebro technology that will monitor and control world population during our take over. It should only be a temporary measure during the transition period from human to mutant governance.
