Default Notable writer/artist duos in comics?

Writers/Artists tend to work together a lot, especially if they're good friends. Sometimes, they're indeed friends. Sometimes, it's just a matter of business. Whatever the case, what are the notable examples of such duos, often doing multiple projects together or at least having a major landmark run that only seemed possible by the duo?

    Some that come to mind:

    Stan Lee/Jack Kirby
    Marv Wolfman/George Perez
    Chris Claremont/John Byrne
    Tom DeFalco/Ron Frenz
    Alan Moore/Dave Gibbons
    Garth Ennis/Steve Dillon
    Brian Michael Bendis/Mark Bagley
    Kieron Gillen/Jamie McKelvie

    Who else is of note?

    I'll toss in:

    -Paul Dini/Bruce Timm

They haven't done a lot in terms of actual comics, but the few stories they did do are usually gold.

Speaking of Dini, I'll also say:
    -Paul Dini/Dustin Nguyen
    -Paul Dini/Don Kramer

I just wish the Paul Dini era of "Detective Comics" lasted longer, it was a fun ride during that original run.
