MEL has eaten inertron which is on par with secondary adamintium, he also has a legion flight ring as part of his standard equipment.

Matter Eater Lad has the better eating feats, but this seems like a first hit wins scenario regardless.

If Maggott's psychometry allows for a precog-like effect, he might be able to duck and weave a bit. But MEL has a flight ring and was said to be an underrated HTH combatant in his original version. If it's the version of MEL with the acid spit, it definitely goes to Tenzil.
