The state of the world, while a relief, simply bolsters Inanna's efforts. It wouldn't not suffer from a loss of its energy; and she needed it. As for the familiar presence? Whether or not it was friend or foe would dictate the next moments.

Not too far away, standing with a simple cloak covering her, is an old....acquaintance.

Dash, there is little liquid within the majin hybrid to call upon, but you do manage to just barely hold him up.

This allows Sasheem to slam again and again into Mauroc, each flaming venomous fist like a freight train. The very area around the hybrid also seemed ablaze, and it is within that that Nevalinna swings up and slaves through, bisecting Mauroc.

There is a single moment of silence, the raging scream cut off, before a burst of eldritch magic surges forth and each half regrows. Now two equally powerful Mauroc float there.

One slams into Sasheem, batting the fiery Majin down into Dash while peppering black lightning at them, while the other uppercuts Neva hard enough to nearly break her jaw. It then grabs her, knees her in the face, and then blasts her down onto Sasheem and Dash.

The Mauroc that slammed into Sasheem would see him instantly appear next to him via Sasheem's Counter-Warp (Burning Shingan) the atmosphere burning around him as he grabbed one of the Mauroc's by the cranium. "So you can easily multiply? You're more a cockroach then a Majin...Fine then, we'll make a it a bug hunt. he frowned, shooting a spiralling burning orb of ki down at the smaller Majin."Annihilation Nova!"

“Burning Annihilation Nova!”

Sasheem’s attack is fired back, quicker and with a burning aura.

One, then two; dual spheres of energy came forth, filling each hand with the swirling, gathering ki which he held before him. Out of curiosity, he had chosen to stand back and watch this unfold although he had grown ultimately disappointed by how quickly Auroc had been forced to bind himself to another for power.

His lower jaw clenched, straining as light seeped forth from between his lips, given him just long enough to finish his words.

"You cannot escape your weakness."

Expelling destructive power, the trio of beams converged into one Megalo Cannon that shot towards Mauroc.

One, then two; dual spheres of energy came forth, filling each hand with the swirling, gathering ki which he held before him. Out of curiosity, he had chosen to stand back and watch this unfold although he had grown ultimately disappointed by how quickly Auroc had been forced to bind himself to another for power.

One of the Mauroc’s turns, and Rex sees a faint glare of magic in the eyes as he holds his hand about, and Rex’s attacks get absorbed.

Mauroc then fires the beams back, a furious fire aura added to it, at Rex

“Burning Megaloo Canon!”

She turns and looks.

It was finished then, Inanna had drained all she needed. Reshlan's potential salvation, or it's annihilation; who was to say until the moment it happened? Inanna held onto it for now however. More pressing matters than a fool of an imposter.

"What have you come to collect?"

One of the Mauroc’s turns, and Rex sees a faint glare of magic in the eyes as he holds his hand about, and Rex’s attacks get absorbed.

Mauroc then fires the beams back, a furious fire aura added to it, at Rex

“Burning Megaloo Canon!”

So the absorption and recasting of Sasheem's ability wasn't just a one-time thing. While he didn't relish the wasted energy, that Megalo Cannon had been his sacrificial pawn, as indicated by evading the blast and forgoing absorbing back. No, he was using the opportunity to get in close, his taloned hand slicing apart the air, sending several vacuum blades at the main as the gap between grew smaller.

First order of business was determining the extent of Mauroc's ability. Once accomplished, Rex would dismantle every advantage the majin would have, if only to prove who was the superior.

From Behind Mauroc #1 a high-pressure jet of water, powerful enough to cut through steel, hits him in the back. Dash, having moved quickly into the air and behind him, is holding out a single finger.

Parsley arrived at the battlefield a short time later. Immediately, she opened her powers of observation to bring herself abreast of the situation.

Is that...Auroc? He was one of the only two Majin in the area, the other being Sasheem. Yet, he looked extremely different than the last time she saw him. He was also more unhinged, not as cool and collected as he had been during his invasion of Vocado. She assumed that was because the tides of battle were in her allies favor.

Wait...

There were two Aurocs? Sasheem was battling one, and the other had just disposed of Nevanlinna.

Parsley had missed more than her fair share, that much was plainly evident. Two were on the field, so she chose one and left the other for whoever was still able to fight.

"Auroc!" she called out. "You look different. Have things not gone your way?" She smiled. "If you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd have foreseen this."

There was no time to delay. Auroc at this level was almost certainly more power than her Super Saiyan form. Perfect.

She had only transformed the one time, and that was in an astral plane. Even still, she remembered the electric feeling well enough to mimic it in the real world.



Her power erupted outward like an out of control geyser, flooding the area in a sublime golden luminosity. As the glow of her aura faded, her form became visible. In addition to the cascading streaks of lightning dancing around her aura, her hair was noticeably spikier and her musculature had increased substantially.

"I thought your noble a coward," she spoke casually. "But if not for him, I wouldn't have achieved this new power." She vanished and fired a kick from behind him, intent on launching the Majin God into the ground.

Mauroc absorbs both the vacuum blades and the water power Dash uses, his magic eyes flaring after each one.

He does not absorb the massive kick Parsley sends his way, spiraling one Mauroc into the ground.

"Not very creative, is he?" Sasheem shrugged smugly in response. "But Sasheem has an idea on how to create an opening...AUROC! Let's see how you handle this!" Sasheem called out, raising a hand. "Plasma-Hada!" Sasheem shouted launching a burning blade of ki energy that honed in on one of the Maurocs.

“My due. Knowledge. And Hozon.”

She cocks her head and looks at Inanna.

“Not same. More.....and less.”

Inanna shook her head. "More. Though what you've come for isn't yours to take. Suppose I say no."
