Inanna shrugged.

"Doesn't matter who I strangle in the end." Inanna said with a shrug. With that, the woman pushed past the Golden Knights. "Any particular reason you remain on the side of the soon to be strangled?"

The four remain silent, though to Inanna’s senses, she can sense not only Auroc’s taint, but additional bands of magic encircle their forheads like crowns of control.

Seems the Golden Knights hasn’t all been for Auroc.

Descending to a place near the opulent palace, the M-Fighters are given a glorious view of a massive sprawling medieval style city, the capital of Reshlan.

The Knight indicates the ships to stop at a massive platform near the palace, seemingly designed specifically for ships to land at, and fairly recently at that.

The Knight touches down and waits patiently for them to disembark, four Gold Knights standing near as honor guards.

"GaaaaaaooooOOOOoooo!!!" The primal roar of the beast echo'd across the magic soaked cityscapes, all the way to their destination far away. There arrival would be heralded with the sonorous warcry of a very hungry Id.

Pouncing down the ramp on all fours, Erosa took a long sniff of the air. "Ero....magic here stinks...........Does Reshyland have anything good to eat?"

"We're not here on vacation." A second voice followed after as Etrina descended the walkway, having barely been seen for the entire trip. "We're on business....Neva will take you out to dinner after we're done." The mage casually pushed the task of accommodating her familiar on the native spellcaster and focused on the royal guards with a sigh.

Inanna spent the travel time prodding at these magical bands, seeing whether or not she could remove them with a little effort.

The Golden Knights stand aside, ready to act as honorary escorts for the group towards the palace.

Knight Kakarot steps aside, but keeps his dead eyes on Parsley.

“Yes. This one....is mine.”

They were both on the same page. A small part of her was wary about fighting this person alone. She had seen the portable vomit Auroc's minions carries with them during the invasion of Vocado days ago. She wasn't sure if he had similar ideas, or something more insidious.

There's only one way to find out. Her power flared as she stepped forward. Her eyes glanced at the knights that were standing dutifully off to the side. They hadn't said a word, nor had they even made any indication that they intended on doing anything other than stand guard.

"Those four will not interfere?" As she spoke, she observed him with Observational Focus to learn what power he could possibly have been hiding.

Etrina and Inanna can both ‘see’ overlapping bands of magic around each Knights head, twinned with Auroc’s dark taint.

Knowing how to remove the taint already, both realize that the control bands can probably be broken by their abilities. Slowly will be less shocking, but breaking them quickly will likely render the four unconscious.

Parsley accepted the challenge and rose into the air after him. Before she left, she turned to her allies. "Stay wary and focused," she said. "This is no time to be distracted."

The ones to whom those words were directed were obvious, though perhaps to everyone except the ones to whom they were directed. A shame, but there was nothing more that could be said to impress him important the upcoming battles were. She could only hope they understood.

"Lead the way," she said to Kakarot.

She took in the mountains nearby, then turned her attention to Kakarot. "You know me. Good. Then we can skip the introductions."

She poised herself to strike, but made no move just yet. It didn't appear that she could get a read on him just yet. That made her uncomfortable and she didn't want to rush into a trap right away.

The air rushed out of her lungs upon first impact, followed swiftly by an airy grunt when she slammed into the ground. She wasn't expecting him to be that fast.

"You died here," she corrected. The story wasn't well known, since Jagam's origins weren't something most people concerned themselves with at the time. It didn't take much, though, to connect the dots.

She recovered her breath quickly and dashed forward to bury her fist in his torso.

Once Praxat combines her Bio-Electromagnetic field with her Ki aura. She leaves the ship to join the others.

As they proceeded, Etrina remained quiet and probed the workings of the magic used it binding the Golden knights. It was simple enough as far as mental bindings go....in fact it offered an excellent and simple way to incapacitate the knights at any point with a simple application of force.

Yet with the right amount of time she could perhaps break them without rendering the subject unconscious....which could mean more allies at a critical moment, if she could time it right.....

Time it....

Etrina made no outward eureka, but in her head the cogs were spinning. She wasn't bound completely to times limitations......if she could compress the time needed to bring the knight down slowly into but a single moment, and trigger it on command....she could release the knights with but a single cast, and catch those around them by surprise.

She quickly began designing the spell thread within her mind.

He catches her hand in an iron grip.

“Yes. I died.”

He squeezes and she can feel her hand break.

“And they brought me back. Again.”

He twists and with her still in his grip, slams her body into the ground.

“And again.”

Another slam into the ground.

“And again.”

He throws her away casually.

“I have...died...dozens of times, Princess.”

His face comforts in rage as he stalks towards where he threw her.
