Dragonball M, Chapter 4: Kidnapping! Invasion! A new Threat Strikes First!

The Knight’s wounds are slowly closing, the Threshling’s natural healing saving its life though it remains unconscious.

One of the Priestesses under the rubble yet lives as well.

Upon putting the ki binders on him, a ripple goes through the air as some sort of very subtle aura vanishes.

Perhaps the young Heroes of Justice bit off more than they could chew. They were stronger than the average Saiyan by a good margin these days, but they couldn't fight this many at once.

"We'll have to end this quickly," Pinach said as both he and Rutaba quickly rose into the air. They both formed a large energy ball between their hands and took aim at the infected Saiyans.

"Justice..." Pinach said.

"...Scatter...." Rutaba continued just as they both launched their blasts.

" BARRAGE!!!" The blasts exploded into several smaller blasts, dozens upon dozens between the two of them heading to meet the Saiyans head-on.

The attacks slam into multiple conjured shields as dozens of Threshling casters rise up among the Saiyans as well.

The infected Saiyans seem to be heading towards a large swirling golden portal that has appeared above the battleground where Auroc was felled.

After searching the rubble, Dash finds one of the Priestess still alive. Moving away the rubble, she carefuly picks up the Threshling, murmuring as she did, "Dang, sorry about this."

Carrying her over to the others, "Ah think this is it."

The attacks slam into multiple conjured shields as dozens of Threshling casters rise up among the Saiyans as well.

The infected Saiyans seem to be heading towards a large swirling golden portal that has appeared above the battleground where Auroc was felled.

Their attacks blocked, Pinach and Rutaba quickly noticed that the Saiyans weren't trying to attack them. Instead, they were trying to make a quick escape through a portal that formed in the sky.

Inanna was busy with one of the others ones, and Parsley must have been unconscious. If they were going to stop these Saiyans from getting away, it was up to them!

They hurried and flew ahead of the retreating army, attempting to reach the portal before they did.

Their attacks blocked, Pinach and Rutaba quickly noticed that the Saiyans weren't trying to attack them. Instead, they were trying to make a quick escape through a portal that formed in the sky.

Inanna was busy with one of the others ones, and Parsley must have been unconscious. If they were going to stop these Saiyans from getting away, it was up to them!

They hurried and flew ahead of the retreating army, attempting to reach the portal before they did.

A silvery Knight appears in front of them, halting their progress. On its belt are several bottles of an odd black liquid.

“Excellent, new voluntary recruits.”

After searching the rubble, Dash finds one of the Priestess still alive. Moving away the rubble, she carefuly picks up the Threshling, murmuring as she did, "Dang, sorry about this."

Carrying her over to the others, "Ah think this is it."

The priestess seems like she’ll pull through like the Knight.

A silvery Knight appears in front of them, halting their progress. On its belt are several bottles of an odd black liquid.

“Excellent, new voluntary recruits.”

They stopped dead in their tracks the moment the silver knight appeared in front of him. If what Avoca said was true – and the fact that Parsley was laying facedown on the ground next to another knight – then this guy was way stronger than them. They were outclassed and in big trouble.

"What are you talking about?" Rutaba asked, beads if sweat running down her face. "Recruit for what?"

"Doesn't matter," Pinach said. He got into a fighting position. "If you're here to cause trouble, we'll take you down like any other villain!"

Tasure watched Inanna briefly fight the Golden Knight, observing things carefully. Just from that brief exchange--and what was transpiring right this very moment--that her presence was... unnecessary. Tch.

While Inanna conversed with the knight, Tasure sensed two vaguely familiar powers at the edge of her senses. They were much stronger than the average saiyan, but she couldn't quite place... oh... oh, it was those brats. The queen's kin, and her son's... fans.

What in the hell were they doing here?! Tch, if the Queen or Maiz found out about this, they'd...

Sighing, she put her finger's to her forehead. "I assume you'll be alright on your own? Rutaba and Pinach seem to have gotten sucked into all this. Gonna pop over to 'em just in case they've gotten in over their heads." With that, her form blurred...

...and appeared right in front of Pinach and Rutaba, placing Tasure firmly between them and the Silver Knight. Lowering her hand, she focused her gaze on the knight. "Tch, called it. You two... get to safety or provide fire support. And you..."

Her golden aura flaring, Tasure charged at the silver knight, unleashing a barrage of blows that were undeniably ferocious and heavy, yet precise and measured.

The Silver Knight dodges each blow from Tasure, weaving around her. Both hands flash out and a pair of shimmering black daggers appear in each hand. Every time they cut into Tasure, the Saiyan can feel her energy drain down and into the daggers.

The priestess seems like she’ll pull through like the Knight.

Praxat reverts to her normal state and crosses her arms." I don't give a damn what happens to those two Threshlings. They can be torture for all I care. Althena's teachings tell me that I should use forgiveness and not give in to my rage. However, it's difficult to forgive them for the atrocities they commit here," Praxat said.

[Yun Lao]

Caught by Shōchū and knocked nearly unconscious by the point blank shot from Blizzar, the Knight is unprepared for the bombardment that follows.

When the dust settles the Knight is barely alive, the armor shattered and scattered all over. He is unconscious and bleeding heavily.

Despite her words to Blizzar, it appeared that her efforts had to been enough to overwhelm the knight. Trying to find the words to express the jumbled mess of emotions she felt after all of that, she eventually decided that it would be best not to think upon it much longer.

"Let us hope you should never end up in their place, then," Shōchū said, uncertain on just what the toadian's extreme outburst of rage originated from; was it from the attack itself, or did Praxat have a more personal stake in this facility? "You may just find a kindred spirit of malice in your captor."

Suddenly, The Just Saiyan's mom -- basking in the then familiar glow of Super Saiyan -- appeared out of nowhere between them and the silver knight. Where did she come from and how did she get there so quickly?

No matter. Between the three of them, they could easily defeat this malevolent trouble-maker!

"Wait, what?!" Before they could think of arguing with the unfair demands Tasure levied on them -- to either run and hide like cowards or to offer fire support like some kind of weaklings -- she dashed forward and immediately started to combat the silver knight.

The Silver Knight dodges each blow from Tasure, weaving around her. Both hands flash out and a pair of shimmering black daggers appear in each hand. Every time they cut into Tasure, the Saiyan can feel her energy drain down and into the daggers.

And was losing badly. Not only that, but her power was waning quickly!

They needed to do something and fast, or Tasure would be forcibly enlisted in whatever the hell this guy was talking about. "Okay, let's do it!" They powered up, becoming enshrouded with white flames, and dashed forward as fast as they could to catch up to the much stronger fighters. Instead of getting directly involved, they hung back and started to pepper the knight's back with energy blasts to distract him and let Tasure get some crucial shots in.

The Silver Knight dodges each blow from Tasure, weaving around her. Both hands flash out and a pair of shimmering black daggers appear in each hand. Every time they cut into Tasure, the Saiyan can feel her energy drain down and into the daggers.

Tch, a pair of energy-draining daggers. That could be troublesome if she took too many hits...

When she struck next, she slammed her right foot into the ground, seemingly to give her strike more oomph. In reality, a Diamond Fang emerged... from the bottom of her foot and into the ground and in a split-second, Tasure used her precise ki control to tunnel the blade through the ground, splitting the blade into multiple smaller ones, which then erupted from the ground at the Silver Knight.

The Knight vanishes, Tasure and the kids attacks missing as the after image fades.

The Knight kicks both kids in the back, sending them at Tasure.

"Oof!"

He was fast, a lot faster than him. Fast enough to leave an afterimage when he beat a sudden retreat to reposition himself. As Pinach and Rutaba pulled themselves to their feet after slamming into Tasure, they immediately shot into the air to flank the knight on opposite sides. Hopefully, Tasure would take the front position so they could attack him in tandem from three different sides.

It was all they could think of to help.
