    The woman grinned.

    "Time for something... benevolent."

    But first things first.

Inanna reached down, to her ruined leg- it would mend in moments, when she'd recovered her energy- and felt the strange, orange energy that smouldered there. The woman whispered, and the energy was swiftly massersted by Hakai, for consideration, appraisal... but the more important task?

Inanna scratched a few runes into the blood puddle; and before doing as she'd done to bind Genesis... but with a twist. The item given by Hilda was drawn, and swiftly shattered. The Hozon within draining and dripping into Inanna's ascendant ichor.

"I am Inanna, the Unchained. Not some whelp bound to serve a sundered Firmament... not enough to simply destroy." Inanna stood shakily too her feet.

"May my first judgment, be this..." By the powers both given, and taken, the spell was cast; and a broken world found new life flood swiftly into it.

Reshlan would find itself gifted the same energy that had been used to preserve the wayward Tyrannosaurus. Divine Intervention, but on a global scale. And though the buildings would remain rubble, and the scars of battle might never heal to as they were before... and yet Reshlan would not suffer from its years under Auroc's yoke. It had not been by the race's own hands, that they found themselves here... and this was something Inanna simply couldn't overlook.

Using the last vestiges of her ascension... Inanna, the Unbound, had passed judgment on Reshlan and its people.

    One of mercy. Hope.
A rush of energy pours into Reshlan, and the planet almost seems to...sing....in happiness and joy. The leylines, opened and cleaned by Held, and the planets Madame energy, already summoned by The Man in White, make Inanna’s judgement even easier.

Plants grow, tainted water springs anew, forest are strengthened and their roots and trees grow strong. Fields and crops grow a bounty, and a wounded world heals.

All around nature, held down by Auroc to a bare minimum, springs up anew and the Threshlings can only watch in wonder and joy as nature blooms anew.

Inanna, you see the world you helped and know it is Good.

The Nevadian was silent for a moment as he took measure of the Queen's words. It should not have been surprising. The town he had visited was quite a bit more...quaint, than what he had expected, although it made a perverse sense. Auroc was hardly the type to be concerned with anything other than his grip on power, or his own egotistical worship. He likely suppressed their growth out of fear they might be able to rebel against him, if given enough free range.

Or, he simply didn't see the need to help them, seeing them as nothing other than pawns in his path of conquest.

"Say no more." Held replied, nodding his head in understanding, as he transmitted instructions to Captain Ulysses and his men. "I'll begin the process of rendering aid immediately."

I'll be sure to pay Pants a visit so he can help me understand how to use this thing.

After all, it took brilliant mind to understand the nonsensical ramblings of an equally brilliant mind. It was sad; with his intellect and untold wisdom gained throughout the eons, Auroc could have done so much good. Instead, he squandered all of it with delusions of grandeur and petty dreams of deification.

    The fool.

She moved on the section about Universe 18. If she recalled correctly, that was the very first universe created. It was also where they first encountered knowledge about the First Race, which Auroc used to created the Threshling. Let's see what you found out.
The first parts are about the First Race and their sojourn to this universe, offered clemency by Asha’rah as they were ‘peaceful’.

The next part details more of Universe 18. Apparently it’s the oldest, largest, and emptiest of them too, and the most dangerous. It seemed that after the sealing it grew to be quite an unruly place. Aura, the Goddess of Creation, opted to be Sihn’s revolver as punishment for her joining the rebellion. Lampton, her attendant Angel, disappeared to parts unknown, though Auroc says he believes he hides in Otherworld somewhere, or HFIL possibly.

The God of Destruction, Cancer, no longer bound by her alternate, slowly went her own way and went rogue. Auroc mentions meeting and fighting her once, having been forced to flee her and her ‘coven’ of vampire Frost Demons.

Terra, with all her deadly weapons, also is mentioned as being potentially the most dangerous place as it held old weapons and the Cairn Yards of countless would be conquerors, including Hammer, another God of Destruction.

Auroc also mentions that Night seems to have gone that way after leaving the Cosmic Leylines. Auroc mentions watching the entity slay Jormunder, and even recounts another encounter he had where the two left with mutual gifts.

All in all, Auroc suggest travels there is ill-advised unless you are in and out quickly.

A minuscule thing, so small it barely registers to his senses.

A faint....flicker of an energy. Somewhere below, amidst the rubble.
His meditation field crest over this world picked up the surges of life, not unimpeded.

He would see them, all these moments grand and small as they unfolded below, but to his mild trepidation he could not be there. Even in this state, he remained but a solitary man.

And then he spotted this abnormality. A sublime thing that slithered in the wreckage below of a nature quite unbecoming and entirely unfamiliar.

I don't think I'll have much longer than three minutes.

Who knew what this thing was? Was it some mere curiosity, or perhaps a lingering threat? At the end of their hard-fought victory, even the most formidable of them were at the end of their strength. If it came to a fight, what could he do?

Without a further thought, he took off in an instant, landing softly among the rubble as he examined the environs with Kyokushin Keihatsu, clutching at the makeshift knuckleduster wrapped over his left hand.

He'd do the same thing he'd ever do, pacing his way through this mortal life fraught with all these limitations; he make every moment count.

There, half buried in debris and moving very, very slowly, is Mauroc’s arm that Parsley severed. It moves slowly of it’s own accord, barely noticeable as it tries to remain hidden.

And you know that, potentially, the arm could be regenerated from eventually.

It pauses and slowly turns towards you, realizing the ‘jig’ was up.

The section yielded more fruit than she thought it would. First, the First Race were indeed allowed into U15 by the Asha'rah, the idiot god. Under the pretense of peace, of all things. One would assume a deity would have better insight and would be able to parse through deception, but when said deity believed it was a good idea to kill her alternate and use his stolen power to wage a losing war against the God of Gods, insight was certainly one of the many things lacking.

What came after was mostly new. Sihn's gun was formerly the Creation God Aura. Her alternate, Cancer, went insane and went on a rampage. Auroc battled her and her... horde of vampire Icers.

    ...

    "What?"

That was stupid. Icers were bad enough; vampire Icers needed to be exterminated immediately upon sight.

The mention of Terra, the Cairn Yards, and Hammer's corpse reminded her that she missed out on that battle. It was a diminished version of the former God of Destruction, but she still wanted to test her strength against him. There being another GoD in that universe meant that, eventually, she would need to pay that universe another visit to test her eventual new strength against hers. Battling an actual god was a circumstance that didn't come very often. She was getting excited just thinking about it.

Auroc also mentioned Night again and his murder of the wish dragon Jormunder.

She moved on to Section 12 and the Ulthan.

The moment the palm turned, it had already fallen into the clutches of the Man in White. He'd crossed the distance with such furious swiftness that a reckless gale bandied about the ruin Mauroc's arm had settled in, a sonic boom blasting about and making a clearing through the debris.

No words passed between the Threshling God and the Man from Earth. If these folded digits had eyes, it would find nothing but seething hatred raking over it.

His grip seized once, first with the neutralizing energies of Kongosho to strike it inert. Then, ascended from the fire passed down the generations of Zxu'ro's lineage, the spectral flame of Karura no Kaen began to immolate it on the spiritual level.

The Man in White, the Man from Earth, is the only one to bare true witness to the death of Auroc of Taltok, proto-majin and former servant of Sakin, ‘God’ of the Threshlings and the oldest mortal in Universe 15. He feels that ancient spirit burn up and go to its judgement, feels Auroc’s last taint burn away, and then silence reigns.

The Ulthan are a secret cabal, a group in the shadows that Auroc has been quietly researching. There are seven, though he knows none of their names. He has discovered their titles though:

Lord Forger, First of the Ulthan.
The Wolf God, the Gallows Lord, Second of the Ulthan.
The Judge, Third of the Ulthan.
The Binder, Runebreaker, Cursemaker, Fourth of the Ulthan.
The Last Daughter, Fifth of the Ulthan
Ishtar, Goddess of Ruination. Empress of the Galaxy and Queen of the Bloody Stars, Sixth of the Ulthan.
The Beast God, Seventh of the Ulthan.

From what Auroc can see, it is an odd mixture of good, evil, and neutral parties allied for some hidden cause.

Parsley was hoping to learn something more substantial about this Ulthan, like their purpose or perhaps even their names. Only one name was listed, Ishtar, whom she knew well. The other six were merely titles. That did little to help her.

She sighed silently and looked up from her book. She had somehow managed to make her way safely outside the palace. Long had she mastered the art of precision walking while completely enraptured by a book. "I should talk to Inanna about this," she muttered. She recalled her saying something some time ago about looking into a few loose ends. She never heard a word about it beyond that. Perhaps she found something, but couldn't quite connect the dots just yet.

Ishtar, though, being a part of this mysterious group raised some serious concerns. They only fought a clone of hers in T2 years ago, and had a hard enough time with her. Fighting the real thing was going to be a challenge.

She looked up again and noticed several Threshling milling about, helping those that were injured. She took a moment to bask in the moment. Long had she stood in the remains after a battle. In the past, it was the broken ruins of a slaughtered population. Blood stained the ground, smoke polluted the air, choking what little life remained. This time, there was life and freedom as far as the eye could see.

A small smile touched her lips. This is what it feels like to be on the other side, part of the defenders after having liberated instead of destroyed. It was a good, warm feeling inside.

She noticed the Queen of Reshlan sitting nearby and slowly made her way over. As she walked, she flipped to the fourth section to look of the names and locations Auroc amassed.

    Reshlan is free.
Induced to ashes, there would be little more than that dissolved spiritual issue and whatever fleeting remnants left this mortal coil. For the Threshling God who had stripped generations of hope and will, there was some solace to be had that Reshlan's future was no longer so rigidly decided.

But the fact remained that this was not his world. Lightyears away, his own, blue planet would no longer fall under the Roaming Eye of Auroc. In this, at least, at least a small measure of these many cosmic burdens had eased.

How many other secrets remained hidden on this world? He had a mind to rejoin the others, but for a moment he inspected the immediate area for anything else.
