Would you play an X-Men Legends 3?

Depends on what the format or story is. I loved the majority of the first one, but hated Magma and the story associated with her. I would love it if you got to go 1) enjoy a fresh story that allows you to unlock fan favorites and franchise standards and 2)relive so many of the amazing storylines from the past with those characters as you unlock them with new content coming out over time(not a full list but an idea):

Giant-Size X-Men (with some shadowy characters that either through a DLC or an unlock Deadly Genesis plays out and interacts with it in a different level)
DPS
DoFP
Inferno (complete with Excalibur and NM)
Xtinction Agenda
Age of Apocalypse
Phalanx Covenant
Second Coming
AvX
etc

Absolutely! I like Marvel Ultimate Alliance, but most of the characters I liked playing were X-Men anyway, so it would be cool to get another Legends game.

X-Men Legends was the perfect X-Men game IMO. I want to play as actual X-Men characters, and go out on missions, not fighting one another, or creating an OC in the world of the X-Men. With Spider-Man and Avengers getting their own games, I hope we get something similar to legends in the future.

imagine an open-world, action-adventure rpg where you can explore all of Krakoa and you can get sent to different parts of the world for your missions using the portals.

Yes please! It was my favorite X-Men game to play for a while... not counting the fighting games. Children of Atom and Mutant Academy were a blast back then as well.

I'm actually okay with any cast as long as it has Jean, Cyclops, Storm and Wolverine. That is the minimun, everything else is a plus.

Yes, please! Jean Grey was insanely powerful in these games. I'd love to see how a character like Jamie Madrox would be utilized too.
