Perhaps Yoda's race are ALL clones? It's something that's surfaced in Star Wars lore a few times; Lando was originally from a planet of Clones in early drafts of ESB, and the EU Legends novels have the Dorsk species.

Doesn't really explain Yaddle necesarilly although I suppose a female clone would work too.

And of course much of the Mandalorian mythos comes from Boba Fett himself, who is revealed to be a clone in the prequels. (Although Clone Wars and Disney's EU has largely scrubbed that, pretty much saying Jango just happened to like the armor and was kind of an Imposter Mandalorian)
Yes, it has shades of the Imperial Science Officer uniform. But it was colored like the Kaminoan unis and had the Kamino symbol on it, not the Empire's crest on the shoulder.

Maybe the Empire had a cloning division?

Could be, although I think it's generally canon that the Clones were eventually phased out by recruits, there's no reason the technology itself went to waste. Rogue One of course hinted at many other Imperial projects other than the Death Star and the stuff we saw in Rebels.

There's speculation these guys are part of the creation of the First Order.

The toys call these "off world jawas" so it is cool to see them expand.

Could be. The First Order trains it's soldiers from a young age-a sort of twisted version of the Jedi's training code-although I can't quite see a Yoda alien as a Stormtrooper....

Although it's no longer canon, there were offworld Tuskens in the Jedi Knight game as well. https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Grave_Tuskens

Wow this show is better than some SW movies I've seen. Easily rewatchable too. These Directors are doing their thing. I don't know who the second unit is but atleast they aren't not holding them back. Gotta love Carl Weathers "I'll take you to the Twi'Lek healing baths lol.

Another fantastic episode. Raises some questions about what has happened to the Mandalorians since we left them at the start of Rebels S4. Looks like the intervening decade plus has not been kind. Then again, this does kind of feel like some kind of traditionalist offshoot. So maybe too early to be drawing such conclusions.

So its an entire plot point not to show Pedro Pascal beautiful face? What a bummer.

I liked the cowardly scientist guy this episode. Appropriately hot AND submissive.

The gang showing up at the end to save the day was the first time the show got an emotional response out of me. Could have used more set up but it was nice.

All those Mandolorians showing up and unleashing hell was pretty awesome, a tad predictable but still fun to see.

Kind of interesting to see the Super Battle droids pop up. Also looks like the design was altered a bit to closely resemble the way they looked in Clone Wars.
