This new punk...The Natural...am I wrong to want to see Buck pulp his face with his bionic arm and for Sam to sit back and pop a cold one and watch.

He seems a lot like RJ (who I kind of liked) from the last Winter Soldier limited series....except peppy.

That's my problem with this issue. It was all build up to an event that was waaaay too similar to something that is pretty recent, but it's a decent enough start. Hopefully, given that the natural is obviously not mentally sound, unlike RJ who was just raised wrong, he doesn't reform. He really reminds me of Todd from Breaking Bad.

I kinda liked the Natural. He was cocky, but it seems deservedly so. But then we get to the end and he just suddenly decides not to kill them after only talking about that the whole fight.

This story was actually really good and non-conventional. I especially enjoyed the art. It's the best looking Cap book on the stands! Although it did remind me of Rosenberg's Punisher. Oh, dear. That's not good. Will Landy have the power to #FreeZemo?

I did too. They make a pretty good team. Except in this issue when they were getting their butts handed to them.

But other than that, the chemistry between them works.

I love how the two interacted in The Movie and hope that keep up in their show.

After having read some Bucky in Strikeforce I am really looking forward to this series.

Did Bucky ever have a solo series? I would like to read more stuff with him.

The second half of Ed Brubaker’s initial relaunch (issue 25 +\-) has Bucky stepping into the roll of Captain America after the death of Steve. There are 3 or 4 TPB’s worth of material which I can’t recommend enough! There’s LOTS of Bucky and Sam team ups to be found. There were also a bunch of limited series featuring Bucky as Cap that were released around that time (2010ish), most notably
“Forever Allies” and Captain America & Bucky: “The Life of Bucky Barnes”. All of these are highly recommended!
