I know the majority won't agree, but I had a lot of fun reading Devin Grayson's Roy Harper (with artwork from Rick Mays):

Roy is a great character -- especially in Titans. I think before then -- he was just Robin-lite in the Green Arrow stories. He tended to have more personality than most other teen-aged characters. It's a shame that he gets crapped on so much by writers.
Roy is a great character, sadly mistreated by many authors.
I miss him so much, Heroes in Crisis will be forever remembered for what did to Wally and just a fews care about Roy. I'm suffering for both characters.
The purple costume is one of the worst I've ever seen.
