i mean they didn't sign a paper or legal document but then again its Spider-man who married Black Cat not Peter Parker so yes I say the annual is telling the truth

Something just tells me that the two are going to get into a tight squeeze sometime and Felicia will make the obvious joke to him about whether he has a flashlight in his pocket or is just happy to see her or something along those lines...
