Does kid Cabl3 have TO virus?
I only continue to read X-books because I don't spend any money on it.
We were swimming down Shit Creek until the Arrkoa (whatever) stuff started happening.
6/10.
"Cable was right!"
The next issue cover shows him riding a dinosaur with Emma Frost, but I think Hickman is still trolling the online fandom and we will probably have to wait a while before we get any resolution on this issue.
I said in the other thread but I really enjoyed this issue. I loved the banter, the use of Rachel, and Scott being a good dad/leader. I also liked the Summoner and the parts about the island and the history with Apocalypse. So far I've enjoyed most of Dawn of X. All the books are so different which makes it so good.
Great issue and I love the set up for future stories
I really dislike Hickman's Cable though. Not a fan of how he writes him at all.
>Cyke's dad humour made me chuckle.
>Nate giving an unknown a grenade and Rachel forgetting her telepathy made me sad.
>The art was OK.
>The summoner, his symbol, and this whole magic flora and fauna situation remind me heavily of Ex Nihilo and Hickman's Avengers... and not in a good way.
>That gave new meaning to 'sex on the beach'.
Favourite panels...

AFAIC Scott is in his mid thirties. Rachel is maybe 23-25.
The last pages of this issue save it for me. The Summer's bonding could have been executed better imo.
You guys also have to remember Hickman thinks Scott should be early 30s.
But JDW trumps this and this his very late 20's
Ya'll are gonna need to stop being so fixated on age. Hickman made that very irrelevant with the whole resurrection protocols and people being able to be aged physically and mentally to whatever they feel optimal. Its kinda moot now. Scott can be mid 20s and 30s and that technically not contradict anything
