This looks intriguing, especially Emma being crafty and pulling the strings. I wonder if Mindee calling Emma ‘mum’ continues to be an acknowledgement of her status as White Queen, or are the Cuckoos beginning to think of her as a mother figure.

The preview looks great. Emma is excellent as usual. I love the inclusion of the cuckoos. Emma and Kitty will probably make this book. I am glad that other characters like Storm, Iceman, and Bishop will get good roles. Marauders 1 wasn't my favorite. I found it a bit silly (the drunk Kitty scene.. I also found the art kind of cartoony) but I am willing to give it another shot because I love all the characters in this book.

Boooo, Batroc is an ace fighter and an honorable person. Not to mention a normie who can keep up with Wolverine and Cap. If Storm responds to that kick by throwing hands with him, warrior to warrior, that would be baller. She's capable of it, she's got the training. But if she just floats out of reach and chucks lightning at him, I'll lose respect for her. I hate campers.

They used Emma and Mum interchangeably here. Don't know if that means anything.
