This is really between Clark and Goku. Caped Baldy doesn't have much compared to composites of these two.

Currently, Goku's in the casual universe buster tier, especially with Ultra Instinct, who also knows how to use divine Destruction abilities. Plus, he would also be a wish granting Dragon God, if I recall the ending of GT correctly. Oh, and his teleportation would basically be a timestop that lets him still interact with the world, going by his non-canon movie appearances.
Would Composite Goku also include Gogeta and Vegitto, since he's 50% of those guys?
I think that was Superman 1 Million, who was part 5D Imp and a different character. Superman Prime had a GL ring, though, and empowered the sun to be the Super Sun and be the power source for Superman 1M.
Also, I'm pretty sure Goku became the new Shen Long at the end of GT, even coming back to have a chat with Pan's grandson in an epilogue OVA.
Wait, would Composite Goku also get Goku Black (AKA, Zamasu possessing an alternate timeline Goku's body) and possibly Fused Zamasu (who is 50% Goku Black)? The former would give him even more control over God Ki, the ability to summon copies of himself, and the ability to travel between universes and through time, while the latter would make him immortal and have the option to just flip or and assimilate the multiverse in a relatively short timeframe.
If Goku being possesed by Ginyu counts, then he also gains the ability to switch bodies, though the GL ring might be a good counter to that.
Edit: Casual Universe Buster also isn't an exaggeration, since he and (a massively holding back) Bills were on the verge of accidentally destroying the universe when he was several power ups below his current level, even before taking into account the massive power boost that Ultra Instinct gives him, which let him essentially punk a guy that was stronger than at least one fully trained God of Destruction (guys that endanger the universe while massively holding back) when he felt got a hold on that form.

1. Pretty sure Superman One Million is Clark
2. Nothing as specific as "Goku became the new Shenlong" was ever stated.
3. The threat to the universe was the shockwaves created by the clash between Beerus and Goku's energies, which grew stronger the further they traveled. Which not only confirms that Goku wasn't putting universe buster levels of energy into that fight, it also implies that the event wasn't a natural display of power but instead some kind of Ki Technobabble event.
None of Goku's other fights ever result in such events, and the one time he encounters a situation where a universe needs to be destroyed, he has to call in the Omni-King to do it for him
Goku literally has a moment where he LEARNS to control the side effects of his new power during his first fight with Beerus, so it makes total sense that his following showings dont create such consequences.
Also, Beerus and Champa threaten to destroy the universe in their post baseball scuffle. It's not like that scale is never seen again. Jiren overpowers time itself. Toppo alters the sky with his power. Heck, even in DBZ, Buu and company could damage dimensional barriers and so on.
Also, that last point about Goku needing Zeno is ignoring the HUGELY important fact that Goku was flat out of power. Like running on empty to the point where he couldnt even transform.

Nope. Superman 1 Million is one of Clark's descendents (hence why he has 5D Imp ancestry as well), and Clark was living with a resurrected Lois Lane in the Super Sun as Superman Prime at that point in the timeline.
I honestly don't remember the ending of GT, but I could swear that Goku went around to talk to his friends (or at least Kuririn) before going in to become the new Dragon God, them came out to chat with Goku Jr in the future when the latter was trying to summon Shen Long.
2. Nothing as specific as "Goku became the new Shenlong" was ever stated.
You forgot the part where Goku fired a Kamehameha that would have destroyed the universe by itself, if Bills didn't neutralize it, or that the entire point of that clashing scene seemed to be for Goku to learn how to use God Ki without accidentally destroying the universe, which he explicitly did learn.
3. The threat to the universe was the shockwaves created by the clash between Beerus and Goku's energies, which grew stronger the further they traveled. Also, when Goku summoned Zen'o, he was *not* trying to destroy the local multiverse, he just had no way of stopping a guy that was significantly more powerful than himself and was on his way to assimilating the entire multiverse, and freaked out when he realized that Zen'o's solution was to just destroy that guy instead of something like undoing the assimilation instead.
Where are we at with speed in this? That's probably the only thing that matters.
PC Superman is like arbitrary billions of times the speed of light, right? Then again, with movies and junk, we've got stuff like Broly, who is leagues behind in the weird composite algorithm this would give us, blasting a distant star more or less instantly with an attack that he was throwing all over the place while fighting. Teleporting probably scales Goku way beyond whatever he needs to win, but he still needs to think to do it, so...?

So, for proper nomenclature here, isn't it ...
Superman Prime = the temporarily adult version of the evil Superhot Prime, mainly from Identity Crisis
Superman 1 Million = Clark's far-flung descendant with the 5D imp DNA
Superman Prime 1 Million = Clark in his future golden god form who can resurrect the dead and time travel, but lacks any on-panel battle feats. Presentation suggests universe-buster, but nothing else to back that up IIRC.
Thought Robot Superman = THIS is the big kahuna as far as OP versions of Supes go.
Thought Robot Superman isn't technically Superman either.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran
