Sister thread to the X-Men one, let's say you were given the power to choose the antagonist team for the first X-Men MCU film. Who would you pick?
Like the X-Men thread, Magneto is a given. Unless you really don't want him, I guess. But I can't really see a Brotherhood led by anyone other than him in an MCU X-Men film.

I don't want any brotherhood. I'd prefer exclusively human villains to start, although based on the reactions to HOXPOX, that might be a turnoff to those who relate more to them than to the Mutants.

I would introduce Mystique and Destiny's team in a post credit scene setting up a Captain Marvel sequel where they are her villains and yes, I would have Rogue steal her powers(only the strength and flight, though, not the Binary powers), but it seems like CM2 will be in outer space(and basically a prequel in terms of set in the time between her first movie and Endgame), so we'll have to wait a while for them to appear in CM3. Which is probably for the best, as we need to let Fox-men's Mystiques fade from memory. Originally Posted by Veitha
