Leader: Magneto, obviously.
Field leader: Quicksilver or Toad.
Strong man: Blob or Frenzy. Sabertooth got kicked out for savaging Mesmero, leading to Magneto distrusting "animalistic" mutants.
Avalanche (Lance Alvers), Pyro (St. John), Kwannon, Gorgeous George.
"A happy ending? So unlikely. We're not having a moment here.
Wrong city, wrong people, all huddling in fear.
No one escapes the slaughterhouse, and that's just where you're at.
(You could've asked Rebecca but then Adam stomped her flat.)
You think you're special cuz you're scrappy? You're deluded, time to go.
Lucy's living on the moon but you're another dead psycho."
I have very specific ideas about what my own Brotherhood-centric movie would be, so this team is chosen for a specific purpose:
Magneto
Mystique
Destiny
Blob
Avalanche
Mastermind (Martinique Jason)
Rogue
Havok
You see, my first movie brings the X-Men who are all teenagers in this version (Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler and Jubilee) and pits them against the Sentinel program. My second X-Men movie is about family and severed connections. Magneto's there as a familiar touchstone because people know the Xavier/Magneto relationship. But the real dramatic crux is Rogue's dysfunctional relationship with Mystique and Destiny as well as Scott's strained relationship with the brother he thought he had lost. The movie ends with Alex declining membership in the X-Men to just "be normal" for a while and Rogue showing up on their doorstep looking for help. I also chose some members that didn't get a lot of play in the old X-Men movies.
Magneto
Pyro
Frenzy
Avalanche
Mammomax
Destiny
Senyaka
"COURAGE, DON'T YOU DARE LET ME DOWN"

Mystique and Destiny (Leaders)
Rogue
Pyro
Avalanche
Juggernaut
I would go with the original.
Then Marvel would likely "fix" W&P
I don't want any brotherhood. I'd prefer exclusively human villains to start, although based on the reactions to HOXPOX, that might be a turnoff to those who relate more to them than to the Mutants.
I would want Rogue, Destiny and Mystique.
The first Brotherhood loses a lot of it's charm without Wanda and Pietro, so Rogue's arc would be a good alternative.
Magneto
Blob
Toad
Mastermind
Avalanche
Pyro
Honestly, replace the Brotherhood with the MLF entirely. You need to sell action figures and iconic looks.
Forearm is obvious and a butt of a joke. Strobe’s a stripper bimbo. Thumbelina is an evil Velma. Reaper is toxic masculinity from India and Wildside is basically Harley Quinn with a wang.
Could even get mileage out of Tempo as a sympathetic informant, tipping off X-Men to prevent casualties.

Would not mind Polaris being in the squad
More serious answer: I don't really care about the membership of this or that team to me the quality of the movies will be in developing the overall lore, showing the plight of mutantkind, and good narratives and characterizations to MOTIVATE any formation of any mutant team whether it be called XMen, Brotherhood, XFactor, Hellfire Club, Acolytes, XForce, New Mutants, Excalibur, Morlocks, etc etc
I am much more interested in the process/journey than any end result
