I also feel like Atomic Samurai is faster than Dragonball era Roshi. Atomic Slash is kind of utterly ridiculous. Roshi has the advantage in terms of raw stats but this isn't an easy one for him.

I'm not sure it's enough of a disadvantage to warrant jumping him up like... whatever the presumed jump is between DB to Super.

I think he'll have a hard time with Atomic Samurai's speed is all.

I think the most recent translated chapter? Garou fought and kicked his ass offscreen (I think Puri Puri Prisoner stated he "couldn't even scratch him") and now its Supperalloy Darkshine's turn to fight Garou.
