I don't know if he dropped from FA or not, if that was the case Marvel could have just had the new writer take over without missing a month. For what it is worth, Hill already took a skip month for Angel in January.

I’m still pretty excited overall for the Dawn of X era. The books i don’t get just feature characters i don’t care for.

His tweet did not imply anything, and for what it is worth I am making not any guesses as to what happened I am just sharing that another book he is still working on has missed a month and I do not think there was even any news or tweets about that.
