If mutants replacing humanity is inevitable, why is "make more mutants" such a pressing issue?

So the "replacing/overwriting" comes soonest rather than later?

We don't know what Moira's planning for this life yet.
But make more mutants give her more time.

They never replaced anyone and the X-Men still had more books during their openly acknowledged corporate push. The X-Men are being pushed now. I don't see anything wrong with a push. If anything it gives more to fans.

This would be true if we had followed Morrison's plot of human genes disappearing.

But the plot twist in the end of Moira's 9th life is that it's not true.
Homo novissima is the real heir of the world.
Homo superior is actually preventing life in Earth from reach its potential with Ascension.
Phalanx Ascension is absolutely not a good thing, especially when we’ve been told that Novissima want to use it to stop Moira. Unless you’re also one of those people that think the Human Instrumentality Project is also a good thing. Mutantkind, as is established as of now, is a natural evolution of humanity while whatever they’re doing now to bridge their own evolution leading them to be slaves to advanced Sentinels and eventually eliminated/turned into Novissima so they can rule outside time and space.

Because restarting the X-gene was more important than this trifle thing like saving the planet...

The only ones who threatened the planet were the idiots taking advice solely from the person who hates Cyclops as an excuse to raid an island and arrest a mutant with no just cause.

Of course, the same cosmic entities that gave the Marvel Universe mutants also gave us mutates, who need an external catalyst (often some form of radiation or radioactive material) to manifest or activate superpowers instead of a spontaneous activation during puberty like with most mutants.

the fact Celestials didnt created the X-gene the left a potential for super powers . all the super powers came from the same potential . the only ones who would be a direct creation of the Celestials would be the Eternals and Deviants.

X-gene can be lethal sometimes: the power to burst in flames feeling the pain , the power to deage until death are examples of lethal powers.

The children of the Vault werent supposed to be artifical creations like the Novissima. they are just an example of what would happen if you put humans without any trace of X-gene in a close habitat 6.000 eventually they would develop powers in a way different than the mutants.

Their other option is be eliminated / slaved by the mutantkind in 20 years. The imperiative wolf and sheeps once there are enough mutants the 10% will rule the world and the normal humans without latent X-gene would be fucked .

there not such thing as a natural evolution. Evolutions means survival of the fittest, if being the fittest means that you can create a device to improve yourself then you are the fittest.

You can be the most powerful guy in town but if another dude is smarter than you and kills you then he is the fittest, her genes deserve to be preserved more than yours.

There is no wrong evolution or artificial evolution.

You know, I never really believed that though. And it was always guys like Magneto going on about "Homo Superior" and replacing humanity. Xavier pretty much never did.

Implying they won’t just run things like a normal society without all the antimutant embedded law while humans stop giving birth to Homo sapiens/mutant population explodes?? Because what you’re saying is presenting a scenario that’s very unlikely. And no “survival of the fittest” isn’t what evolution is, that’s what Darwinism is. Even taking that into account, Moira’s evolutionary power restarts the world, giving her ample time to adapt and overcome.

I guess the member of the Nova corps who barely survived an encounter with the Phoenix destroying planets was just a useful idiot?

In all the story of the X-men anytime the have a bit of power over humanity they used it to oppress other. It happened in New Tian, in the House of M , the age of Apocalypse, with the Phoenix Five.

Why would be different this time?
