I remember Frank having at least one instance of bullet timing in the first Transporter movie, and another I am not sure of in the second, need to look for it, but it would still be at least solid aim-dodging. Also, in terms of durability, he basically lolnopes being thrown in a wall hard enough to break it in the third movie. I don't remember anything on that scale for Ip Man.
