According to Stuart Vandal here, the name "Beth Al-Reraph", often used for Astra, is fanon.

i guess that she could be israeli. Sabra's name is Ruth Bat-Seraph. i'm betting that they took their inspiration from her.

Lol that name does have a sound of spin on Ruth Bat Seraph, but unlike Ruth, her name doesn't really work. IIRC there were some moments in Israel from Magneto War and she seemed to know where she was headed exactly, but that doesn't make her Israeli, just well informed.
She's a niche char that beside maybe Carey I can't see any writer being really interested in.
