I like Ben Oliver art (his Avalanche story in XMen Manifest Destiny was to die for) but he's hardly one of the industry most acclaimed artist. Wheres Coipel? Wheres Bachalo? Wheres Dell'Otto?

Im equally whelmed by chosing Magneto as the focus point. Let me guess next three issues will be Wolverine, Cyclops and Xavier?

While that would be typical, it's probably stories with his 5 favorites. I can pass on Emma, especially around Jean. lol But hopefully Penance will make the cut. She's the one fav. from him that very little has been done with. Typical. lol

I’d say it is concerning that he considers himself a new god, but I imagine that’s why he was chosen. He projects the type of power and confidence that’ll keep his human counterparts on their toes whenever they’re in negotiation. I’m sure some mutants take issue with having a leading ambassador that’s considered a terrorist by the outside world, but Krakoa needs diplomats that can play hardball.
