After JUST the most recent atrocities committed against Mutantkind, the retaliatory efforts some would like to frame as genocidal slaughter:

Neither the real world, or the many fictional ones loosely based upon on it, are as simple as it seems a few... would like to pretend. Oh well, c'est la vie.

The first issue made it seem like the series was going to have a light-hearted adventure feel, but the 2nd issue and this one (supposedly) focus on the more on the political side of things. I'd be fine with either but I feel like there's too much flip flopping going on. I can't wait until the first arc is over with so we can have a better idea of the direction the books going in.

I'm digging it. When Erik and Charles brought Emma in, Shaw was brought up right away along with his important role. So I'm cool with it.

I don't see any flip-flopping. I thought Emma's handling of Shaw was pretty humorous.

It was so funny (and sad) how they could all but flat out say Shinobi was bisexual in the 90's. He had all these hot men in speedos rubbing up on him which was basically unheard of at the time. He's our bi savior.

I'm a mid-level in a single-proprietary company based in a "minor" major city of the Philippines (ie. not Manila or even Cebu). And my last formal wear I outgrew in college.
